Description: A specialised additive for protecting transmissions from oil leaks and premature wear. The Vitano LeakGuard Gear formula restores the elasticity of rubber and plastic seals, preventing cracks and hardening. The product prevents oil from penetrating the couplings and reduces the risk of oil starvation, which can damage the transmission. It is used in mechanical, auxiliary and differential gearboxes. One bottle is sufficient to treat up to 1 litre of transmission oil. Not recommended for use in dual-clutch gearboxes (DSG), automatic transmissions, wet clutch differentials and motorcycles.
Application: Add the additive directly to the transmission oil. Dosage: 50 ml of Vitano LeakGuard Gear per 1 liter of transmission oil.
⚠ Do not use: in automatic transmissions; in gearboxes with wet clutch systems sharing the same oil bath; in limited-slip differentials.
